⚠️️ Product and pre-settings

the key internal components

1. Water Expansion & Supply Tank (Top Left)

  • What it is: The translucent white plastic container on the top left.

  • Function: Holds the heating water supply and absorbs thermal expansion as the water heats up.

  • User Line ([WATER LEVEL]): Indicates the maximum water refill level. Overfilling can cause overflow when the water expands during heating.

2. Main Heating Tank & Element (Bottom Right - White Tank)

  • What it is: The vertical white cylindrical container housing the internal electric heating element.

  • Function: Water passes through this tank where the electric immersion heater quickly warms it before it is pumped into your radiant floor or radiator loop.

  • Note (DO NOT TOUCH): During the operation it gets hot.

3. Water Circulation Pump (Bottom Left)

  • What it is: The black pump unit located at the lower left.

  • Function: Actively circulates hot water out through the heating loop and pulls cooler return water back through the boiler.

4. Nest Control Relay / Switcher (Bottom Center-Left)

  • What it is: The small electronics module at the bottom.

  • Function: Bridges the 24V signals from the Google Nest Thermostat to trigger the boiler’s main power circuit (240V/120V) on and off based on room temperature demands.

5. Control Panel & Status Indicators (Top Right)

  • Orange Light ([Orange Light]): Master power indicator showing the main electrical circuit is powered.

  • Green Light ([GREEN LIGHT]): Active status indicator showing the heating element is energized and heating safely.

  • Red Light ([RED LIGHT]): Warning/Fault indicator triggered if the water level drops too low or if an overheat condition occurs.

  • Dial ([DO NOT TOUCH] Water Temperature Adjuster): Internal aquastat dial setting the maximum high-limit temperature for the water exiting the tank. Since daily control is handled by the Nest Thermostat, this remains pre-set.
